There may be spambot accounts held over from IPB. I don't have the time to sift through our innumerable member base to find and delete such accounts; the possibility for mistakes alone makes this task quite impending. But, spambots tend to forget about their accounts after their initial use, and as Karl has pointed out, there are still some strong barriers for normal posts as well.
