To change the clothes and bodies and stuff, just double click on the picture.

Cool. BY the way. The character maker saves it as "Charactermxp" for a file extension. I'm unsure how to change that. BUT what i have been doing is taking a screen shot when it's finished and just cutting out the part i need from it.
you might be able to change it by putting .png or what ever the format you want it to be the character maker format is .cmx
and if that doesn't work try getting it into photoshop or paint just by loading it. and if that fails....just keep doing what your doing.
I used paint as a tool to be able to import the thing.
EDIT: Take a screenshot and import it to paint/photoshop first!
Do this ( if you're using Paint):
Mark the picture->
Press Ctrl+C to copy it->
Change it's size by clicking on Picture-> Change Size->
Change the 100% to 50% on height and width

Probably a little limited, but it would help me a lot in creating NPC models! Props to anyone who made this and to DJIlLuZiOnIsT for letting us know!
