You are perfectly entitled to ask for such a tileset. This is the requests forum after all. You shouldn't expect anyone to take you up on the offer, though.

Both Furdabip and Inquisitor have been on these forums for long enough to have heard unreasonable requests many, many times. This is why no-one has given you a straight answer: you'd get this tileset quicker by spending a few years learning how to sprite than by anyone making it for you.

Like most people who make requests like this you probably aren't aware of why this request is unreasonable. I'll briefly go over why.

Inquisitor is largely considered to be one of the top pixel artists in the RPG Maker community. Spriting, like any talent, isn't easy and requires a lot of dedication, practice and experience. He has been spriting for over 10 years to get to the point he is at now. I know of maybe 5-6 spriters in the entire community who are on a par with him. Sure, there will be others but the point is spriters of this level of ability are extremely rare. When you consider how many 1000s of people there are in the community you can probably guess that they get requests to do sprite work for them all the time. Inquisitor's latest set took him a year, so what you're in effect asking is one of the few spriters capable of producing something in the same league of Inquisitor spends a year making a tileset for you. That is why it is an unreasonable request.

I'm afraid you will never get a genuine response from this request short of paying them. These people wouldn't be cheap.
