For skills, when you look in the database, there are some stats that say ATK-F, STR-F, etc. What is this stuff?

it's the weapon's attack rate.
as in the damage YOU deal to the enemy x 1.5 which is the rate. or something like that I guess..

I know hit rate is the chance of hitting but what does STR-F mean?

If you right click on it, then click "What's this?"
It will tell you 
...
Although, I suppose the "What's this?" doesn't really make much sense...
It's how much the attack will be influenced by said skill.
So if it's 100 ATK-F it will do damage dependant on your ATK level thingy. (making it a physical attack)
But if it's 100 INT-F it will do damage dependant on your INT level thingy. (making it a magical attack)
BUT if it's 100 ATK-F AND 100 INT-F it will do damage dependant on both your ATK and INT level thingy. (making it a magical - physical attack thingy ma bob)

I...think it's how much the said stat affects the attack. Say, if you have 150 ATK-F, then the attack will multiply the characters ATK stat when calculating damage by 1.5. I think.
