I suck at making character sprites, but need one for the game I'm working on. It doesn't need to be fancy by any means, an average RPG Maker2000 sprite will work (btw it's for rpgm2000). The name of the charecter is Setheroth, a man who strikes an amazing resemblance to Sephiroth from FFVII. The sprite must have a crazy large sword at all times (roughly the same size of the sprite) otherwise take what liberties you feel would be good. Making him look slightly evil wouldn't hurt. I'd give full credit to the sprite maker in the game.

As for the sprite request, you can find Sephiroth anywhere and everywhere. Probably the most common sprite in existance. Look around the RM community in general and you'll find 10,000. Just take your pick from them all.
