somethings getting me annoyed

ok. I am using rm2k3 and when i try to use battle setup 2, u know, with the auto battles but not the faces, everything gets crammed at the end and it looks like sh**. im not sure if its my program or its just the way Rpg maker is set up but if someone would tell me or even better, a way to fix it it would be appreciated.
